COLOMBIA TRES DRAGONES got its sonorous name because of the already legendary farm dryers, where the coffee beans go for 48 hours of drying. The flames rising from the dryers resemble fire-breathing dragons, so the locals nicknamed these dryers "Tres Dragones" or three dragons.
