Nida, what kind of coffee do you like?

Espresso , espresso macchiato or picolo (picolo when there are several before it espresso consumed).

How does your morning start in Australia?

A glass of water with lemon, a cup of green tea, a 1-hour walk/run, breakfast and the most anticipated morning ritual - a cup espresso.

What is the coffee shop culture like in Australia?

Australians are deservedly called "cafe society". Starting the day in a coffee shop is a sacred thing for many Australians. The coffee culture is widely developed here, you won't find a single office building, tourist attraction or other public space where a cafe does not operate, offering really high-quality coffee and some sweet and savory snacks. Cafes are necessarily located in the center of every residential area, they are a real center of attraction for the people living around. It is true that cafes in Australia are open from very early in the morning until 3 p.m.

What kind of coffee do Australians like?

Australians are real coffee connoisseurs. Usually, every customer has their favorite type of coffee, coffee drink and preferred way of making it, every customer's wish is fulfilled by the baristas with great enthusiasm. In addition to the traditional types of coffee ( espresso, long black, latte, macchiatto, cappuccino, picolo ), Australians often order ¾ coffee (which means that the customer wants a stronger than usual black coffee). In each cafe, customers choose not only traditional (cow's) milk, skimmed or normal fat, but also at least 3-4 types of vegetable milk. Most plant milk lovers order coffee with almond, oat or macadamia milk.

What do you, and what do Australians like and usually go with their coffee?

I like something moderately sweet:) In Australia, baked goods are less sweet than in Lithuania, usually fresh croissants, banana or raisin bread, cinnamon rolls, brownies . If you want a stronger snack, cafes usually offer a wide selection of freshly made sandwiches.
