Vero Cafe barista is the owner of the cafe who takes care of the guests of the cafe, prepares coffee, works with the cash register.

Work is organized on a rolling schedule.

Salary from 5.8 eur/hour. (before tax) plus a variable monthly bonus from the cafe's sales result. We always pay salary on time and provide all social guarantees.

We provide an opportunity to raise your qualifications and become a Barista Master, Manager, Professional, Ambassador, Mentor. Hourly wages increase as qualifications increase.

Barista experience or experience working with coffee is an advantage, but not a necessity, as we will teach you everything during the training.
