Coffee from the Guji region of Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee. The conditions in this area are excellent, with an altitude of 2000 meters above sea level and fertile soil rich in iron, allowing young and strong coffee trees to grow.
The majority of coffee growers here are small farmers. In order to maintain the integrity of the coffee's taste, the farmers grow coffee trees of the same variety, and only harvest the berries when they are fully ripe. This practice is not found anywhere else in Ethiopia.
Coffee from these small farms arrives at the Ye Genet processing station run by Tsegaye Hagos. Gaining recognition and trust in the region, thanks to its reputation, Tsegaye Hagos was able to attract the best coffee growers. Thanks to their hard work and years of experience, we are able to offer you the best that Ethiopia has to offer - quality coffee.
This coffee has perfect balance and sweetness. The flavor is dominated by bergamot, notes of Earl Gray tea, and dark chocolate.
