The story of a noble Lithuanian noble family that found a home in a distant country and became famous in the world as a dynasty of exceptional coffee growers. It all began in El Salvador in 1917, when Dona Petrona Palacios de Diaz purchased land in the highlands of the Santa Ana volcano. The fertile area was turned into a coffee plantation by the new owner, who came from the noble family of Lithuanian nobles Pacai, which immediately gained an excellent reputation in the country. Since then, as many as six generations of managers have changed in Santa Petrona, in 1990 a new plantation - El Rosario - was purchased, and today, under the skillful management of Federico Pacas Lopez, high-class quality coffee Pacas, Pacamara, Sarchimor, Bourbon is grown here in accordance with the essential values. The principles of sustainable business allow us to achieve exceptional quality by fostering harmonious relations with employees and preserving nature. Coffee berries are picked only when properly ripe, carefully selected by hand.

This story is already a hundred years of searching, hard work, respect and dedication to coffee. She tells us that it takes ages to create something of value, even though it only takes a moment to enjoy.
